Refund policy

Digital products. Instant access.

Every product in this store is an instant digital download. There is nothing to ship and nothing to mail back, so a standard return does not apply. Because you get immediate access to the files, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and downloaded.

If something is wrong, we will make it right.
If the file will not download, you were charged twice, or you received the wrong item, email us at confluencex2@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix it, with a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Free downloads are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.

European Union customers: you normally have a 14 day right to cancel a purchase. For digital downloads this right ends once the download begins, which you agree to by accessing the file. If you have not yet downloaded your item, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel and refund it.
